  • What is the difference between cashew cream cheese and aged cashew cheese?

Cashew cream cheese is soft and spreadable, fermented for less than 24 hours, resulting in a mild sourness perfect for bagels, sandwich and
dips.

Aged cashew cheese, however, is left to undergo further "ripening" in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment.

In our factory, it is stored in a fridge at 10 degrees Celsius for an extended period,usually 28 days.

This aging process hardens the cheese, concentrates its flavor, and results in a smoother, sliceable texture.

Returns of empty glass bottles and jars

We're happy to accept your empty glass bottles and jars, provided they are reasonably cleaned and reusable.

Here's how it works:

  • Yogurt, cream cheese jars and kefir bottles: Enjoy a discount of 2,000 VND each.

  • Kombucha and ginger beer bottles: Receive a discount of 1,000 VND each.

Simply drop them off at our Thao Dien shop. Alternatively, if you order online, we can arrange to collect your empties during delivery.
